Felt fabrics for sustainable home decor
Felt for decorative objects in direct contact with the skin
To create this kind of items, we recommend our felt made from 100% alpaca fiber or extra-fine sheep wool. Both materials are hypoallergenic and silky. The thickness of these textiles ranges from ultra thin to thick. The thinner felt fabric has 2 to 3 layers (2 to 4 mm) and is ideal for creating cushions and blankets. Our thicker felt fabric has 4 to 8 layers (6 to 10 mm) and is perfect for carpets, headboards and others. This variety of felt combines sheep wool in the center of the textile and alpaca fiber on the surface. We can also include a cotton or cabuya core for extra rigidity.

This type of felt is made from 100% sheep wool. This material reduces production costs and has several applications; from lamps and closet’s organizers, to pet beds.
